Example: your client gets RM750,000 working capital financing, so you receive RM3,000.

Register
Fill in the form below. We confirm your registration and give you a Referral Partner ID.

Refer a business
Send us the client’s details on WhatsApp or email. We confirm the referral in writing before we contact them.

We do the work
We assess the business, prepare the application and take it to the banks and schemes that fit.

Get paid
When the financing is disbursed and the client has paid our fees, we transfer your referral fee within 14 working days.
Who can join
Anyone aged 18 and above who knows business owners: accountants and tax agents, insurance and takaful agents, property agents, suppliers, business owners and community leaders. Bank staff can join only if their employer allows it.

Takes about 2 minutes. We reply within one working day and ask for your IC copy and bank details when we confirm your registration.
Programme terms
- When a fee is earned. A referral fee is paid only when all of these are met: the referral was confirmed by AM CONSULT in writing before we contacted the client; the client signs an engagement agreement with AM CONSULT; the financing is approved and disbursed; and the client has paid AM CONSULT’s fees in full.
- Payment. We pay by bank transfer to an account in your own name (or your registered company’s name) within 14 working days after receiving the client’s success fee in full.
- No fee if the deal does not complete. No fee is paid if the financing is rejected, cancelled or not disbursed, or if the client does not pay AM CONSULT.
- First to register. If two people refer the same client, only the first confirmed referral counts. Clients already known to or in discussion with AM CONSULT do not qualify.
- Validity. A confirmed referral is valid for 12 months. If the client engages us after that, no fee is paid.
- One fee per client. The fee is paid once per client per engagement, according to the table above, up to RM5,000.
- What partners must not do. Do not promise or guarantee approval, collect any money from clients, sign or act on behalf of AM CONSULT, or give false information about a client.
- Independent status. Partners are independent referrers, not employees or agents of AM CONSULT.
- Confidentiality and tax. Keep client information confidential. You are responsible for declaring referral income for tax.
- Changes and termination. Either side can end the arrangement by written notice; fees already earned are still paid. We may change the fees or terms with 30 days’ notice; confirmed referrals keep their terms. AM CONSULT’s decision on whether a referral is valid is final.
